Why People Leave Their CPAs



Any relationship be it business or personal can fall a part and for various reasons. Most people will get a CPA and stick with them for years because historical knowledge and a personal relationship is valuable, and business like using the same one for similar reasons. But things arent always right for either side and there are times when it might be worth thinking about leaving your CPA.

Many people say that their CPA doesnt treat them right, and that can mean a number of things. IT can mean they dont think the CPA is current on tax laws that effect them or isnt creative enough in dealing with their finances. It can also mean that theres just a lack of the communication that is key to a good relationship. Some claim that their CPA ignores them. Very often however a client will call with so many small issues that CPAs to start to avoid the phone calls. Time is money.
